Our Commitment

Party Plug LLC is committed to making DigitalRSVPs accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of technology or ability. We actively work to increase the accessibility and usability of our website and digital invitation platform.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA standards. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

What We're Doing

We're working to improve accessibility across the platform:

  • Platform images include alt text (user uploads may vary)
  • We use Tailwind's default color palette designed for accessibility
  • Interactive elements have focus states
  • Forms include labels and error messages
  • Page structure uses semantic HTML elements
  • Consistent navigation across all pages
  • Text can be resized using our accessibility widget
  • Ongoing improvements based on user feedback

Browser Compatibility

DigitalRSVPs works on modern browsers and devices:

  • Browsers: Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge (latest versions)
  • Devices: Desktop, tablet, and mobile
  • Input: Mouse, keyboard, and touch

We use semantic HTML and ARIA attributes to support assistive technologies, but have not yet conducted formal screen reader testing.

Known Limitations

While we strive to adhere to WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines, we acknowledge that some areas may not yet be fully accessible:

  • User-uploaded content: Images uploaded by users may not have alt text. We encourage users to add descriptions when uploading.
  • Third-party integrations: Some embedded content from third parties (payment processors, analytics) may have accessibility limitations outside our control.
  • PDF exports: Generated PDF invitations may have limited screen reader support. We recommend using the web version for best accessibility.

We are actively working to address these limitations in future updates.
