The poster generator builds a one-page PDF with your event title and a QR code that points to your invite page. Print it, prop it on tables, tape it to the bar — anyone with a modern phone camera can scan it and start uploading. No app install, no sign-up.
Yes. Every upload pushes to every open invite page within roughly 200ms via Supabase Realtime. Guests refreshing their phones on Sunday morning see Saturday's photos populated as they happened.
Every photo has a hide and a delete button on your dashboard. Hides are reversible (the photo stays in storage but isn't shown to guests); deletes remove the file from storage. Both update guests' devices in real time.
Premium events keep photos for 60 days from upload. Pro accounts keep them for 12 months. You can download a full ZIP archive at any time during that window.
You can enable per-photo downloads as a host setting — when on, every photo gets a small download button. The bulk ZIP download (one click, the whole gallery) is a Pro-only host feature.
Guests' phones queue uploads on cellular too. Each photo is around 1–2 MB after our background JPEG transcoding — well within a typical reception's data plan.
A hashtag scatters photos across separate Instagram accounts, mixes them with unrelated content, and requires guests to have Instagram. Our gallery lives on your invite page, is private to your invited guests, and you walk away with a complete archive.
Yes. Cast or AirPlay the /gallery/<your-event>/slideshow URL to any screen. New uploads appear without intervention.
